Director
Jaiyansing brings more than 25 years across insurance, financial services regulation, risk management and audit. He started in audit, moved into insurance supervision at Mauritius’ Financial Services Commission, and now leads governance, risk and compliance at SWAN.
A Fellow of the ACCA, Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute and licensed auditor, he has held non-executive directorships at the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Central Depository & Settlement Co., chairing audit, remuneration and governance committees — and serving as Non-Executive Chairman of both.
Director
Natacha is a Chartered Secretary and governance professional with 18 years in Mauritian financial services as a Relationship and Trust Manager, Company Secretary and Director. She has managed legal entities across multiple jurisdictions, keeping them aligned with regulatory requirements and best practice.
Her work has supported boards and executive teams on strategic decisions, risk and governance across real estate, aviation and financial services — including as Group Company Secretary of Grit Real Estate Income Group. She holds an LL.M in International Business Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
